Install Mac OS file wrong size

I've downloaded the 12.16GB file twice. Shows as 33.7MB file both times and doesn't work of course. Where's the rest of the file I'm wondering? Also anyone know how to get around this error. I did a search and found the issue with older OS's but didn't see a fix that would work with the beta. Anyone else having this problem thanks.
PS: I'm using a newer machine then what is in my signature for this.

What SM are you using? You might need to change/update it to a newer SM.

It took downloading like 6 times finally got a full install that works. Odd thing is download showed good each time.
