your patch is not correct it should be like this:

should be removed:
USBPorts.kext
AppleALC.kext.dSYM

also remove all the FakeSMC* kexts

\drivers\UEFI\SMCHelper.efi should be removed

you should upload your clover folder if you have made changes, no need for the entire EFI folder
