I'd need to burn an iso from windows

Sorry, iBoot is only for OS X Snow Leopard. OS X Lion used to be installed using UniBeast.

Reinstall your bootloader (Chameleon, Chimera, Clover.... whichever you're using).

Boot using your Unibeast USB. Then re-install the Chimera bootloader with Multibeast.
