3930K does not have CPU graphics, and it is NOT compatible with the Z77 motherboard in the link. You need a 3770K / 3770 / 3770S if you want compatibility with the motherboard and HD4000 CPU graphics.

That is a Socket 2011 CPU and an LGA1155 motherboard so it will not work. You need an LGA1155 compatible CPU. Those that have HD4000 graphics are the i5-3570K (non-K model is HD2500) or the i7-3770/K/S.

I have an i7-3770K in that motherboard and it works VERY nice as a hackintosh using the HD4000 graphics - I don't game or do heavy video editing, though. Plus the 3770K is a lot cheaper than the 3930K. If you don't plan to overclock, you can save a few more dollars and get the 3770 (K models are unlocked for overclocking, which that motherboard does support).
