Hi Kokoz,

It's nice to hear that your Sapphire 6870 is working in SL 10.6.7. I have a similar setup as yours and do you mind share your installation procedures?

Thanks,
Dennis

great news! I'm building a hack with the same exact specs, though I bought a 5870 about five days ago. But I figure in a few months once things get ironed out on the 6XXX series front, I'll upgrade then. Good to know it's already working with what we have!

Thanks for sharing!

+1 on the installation procedures and multibeast options selected. Which Sapphire 6870 do you have?

Ok i will do instalation guide, but first i must to translate it corectly becouse im not good in english language.

Basic Sapphire HD 6870 working - but i thing other versions are only oc versions and will work well too with no problems.

Just got my reference XFX 6870 working via Multibeast 3.4 using the latest ATI drivers. The one thing that I had to fix was to set GraphicsEnabler to No.

Any speed bumps in getting your 6870 to boot without using iBoot?
