i5 760 power management problems on Mojave 10.14.6.

Hi.

I have installed hackintosh mojave 10.14.6 on my PC with Asus P7H55-M LE (1156 socket) board, i5 760 cpu, 8 gb RAM and AMD RX 560 4gb GPU. Everything works but i have a problem with power management. I think speedstep isn't working at all or isn't work properly. CPU always work on 2.79 Ghz (this is max multiplier without turboboost) or on 1.20 Ghz (minimal multiplier). Turboboost isn't working too because this CPU can work on 3.3 Ghz with it. I tried different config.plist patches and fixes but it wasn't changed anything and sometimes it cause kernel panic. I tried to change SMBios to MacPro5,1 (clarkdale platform on 1156 socket) and iMac11,1 (the most closed to my pc lynnfield platform on 1156 socket) and my CPU still don't work properly. I don't know what to do else. Maybe I changed wrong settings in clover configurator? In BIOS Speedstep and TurboMode is enabled.

MacOS support for Lynnfield Macs stops at High Sierra. Are you sure it can be done on Mojave?
