I5 2400 with gtx 460

i'm going to build a new pc
which may work with both window xp/7 and SL
since the release of SB make my discarded the idea of using old I* CPU
so i come up with some compatibility abt the motherboard i will use
the new pc i;m going to build will be
i5 2400
4gb ram X2
galaxy gtx 460 series
but the problems is that
which motherboard will be suitable to me???
i feel so confuse abt that
gigabyte or intel?

I am using the gigabyte p67a-ud3 board. It was a cinch to set up for 10.6.6

I have an H67 motherboard, and nothing is going smoothly for me, I hope they do become supported, because I bought the board specifically for running OS X?

im running a intel dh67bl and install ran smoothly. have audio and networking working fine as well as all ports. Not sure about usb3 as i dont have a need for it yet.
