Só i installed the system but whitout the bootflags the system doesnt start i installed the powermanagement but i think i made somthing wrong

It is normal to still require boot flags, especially those for graphics... You need to modify your /Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist to include the flags necessary for your system.

But One thing when i Start in verbose mode it says that the powermanagment are incompled or unsupported
