HP Probook 4540 Yosemite HELP!

Trying to install following the guide but the OSX utilities box, gives me a "Reinstall OS X" option to "Reinstall OS X". So I select it and it want to go to the internet with this message "OS X can't be reinstalled because you aren't connected to the Internet", so I connect to the Internet and get this message " Could not find installation information for this machine." click OK. OS X will not install, can anyone help me?

It means you made a mistake in creating your USB...
