HP 6530b Usb problem

Hi, i installed Mac OS X 10.8 on an HP 6530b using Unibeast.
If i start Mac OS using my usb pen drive, usb port works perfectly but if i start Mac normally usb doesn't works.
On internet I found that I have to remove AppleHpet.kext to resolve this problem.
I tried this and Usb port works, but after 5 minutes Mac OS have a Kernel panic because it doesn't found AppleHpet ^^"
It is possible to fix my problem?

Don't remove AppleHPET.kext. That is the wrong solution.

I have to patch it with usb_6 series.txt using maciasl right? (I haven't usb3.0)
