How to reset PRAM and NVRAM

Currently i have installed snow leopard using iboot, how to reset PRAM in this case

You don't. That's only for Apple hardware. With a PC motherboard you need to reset the CMOS in the BIOS.

Won't that reset all my BIOS settings? Not that I can't just change them back.
Could it have any other adverse affects on my Hackintosh?
