As far as I know, High Sierra by itself does not support your network card.

Does Intel provide a MacOS High Sierra driver for that card? If not you may not be able to use it under High Sierra.

Dear Jamesbond,

Which model of network card 10gbe can I use to be compatible with High Sierra 10.13.6 ?

Please advise.

Thanks,

Apple first started offering 10gb ethernet in the iMac Pro released in late 2017 (comes with MacOS High Sierra 10.13.2), which used an Aquantia AQC-107S chip.

So if you want 10gb ethernet support in High Sierra you need to find a card based on such a chip.

The Aquantia AQtion 10G Gaming NIC is natively supported under MacOS High Sierra 10.13.2 and above.

For more information search for "Aquantia 10 Gb Ethernet support thread" (without quotes) on Google.
