hello guys,
my hack have a 2 speaker + SubWoofer exit and ALC668 codec, i tried all layout-it in the guide and got this result:

Without CodecCommander :

3, 20, 27, 28, 29 = NO AUDIO

with Codec Commander:

3 = only internal speakers and mic/headphone combo works

20 = no audio

27= 2 internal speaker device, mic/head out visualized but no audio

28 = 2 internal speaker device, mic/head out working

29 = Kernel Panic

with layout-id 28 the two internal speaker devices are internal speakers and the second is the subwoofer line out, in windows the two line works together, in osx the line are separated and only one is active.

my question, is there a way to reroute/merge the output with a Patch or a custom layout-id? if yes how to do that?

attached the debug file and the 2 codec dump from linux

The only way to merge is by using SoundFlower.

PARTIALLY SOLVED:

I created a new "multiple output device" in MIDI audio configuration and assigned both audio output channel.

Now both internal speaker and subwoofer works together with some little bugs:

- No volume control slider in System Preferences > Audio neither keyboard control, audio can be regulated from the audio source (iTunes, youtube..):

- No auto switch if headphones are connected to their port, must selected the headphone output in System Preferences.

Soundflower seem to not work in Mojave, no audio at all...
