High Sierra Installation

Hello.
i want to install High sierra on my desktop pc.
My pc specs are :
Cpu: Intel i5 6400
Gpu: On board graphics card Intel hd530
Motherboard: Msi h110m gaming
Ram: Hyper X fury 8gb
Could you give me some help with an installation guide please?I would really appreciate that.
!!! i DONT have any MAC available to download High Sierra or to create a bootable usb!
