That's a great find! I checked out the deal and see it only includes 1 8 GB RAM stick. I think you need a pair of RAM sticks to boot up...? Worth mentioning if I'm correct AND if someone is building from scratch.

I've booted with single 4GB ram sticks many times and had no problems.
Only drawback with one 8GB is you don't get dual channel mode. You
can always add another 8GB stick later on.
