Help with 10.8.5 update please!

Hi everybody! I hope you can give me a little help with this.

I have a hackintosh i built some years ago, that works perfectly! I have ML 10.8.3 and i need to update to 10.8.5 because i might start to use Protools 12 soon and it requires at least ML 10.8.5. My question is… can I simply update it to 10.8.5 without having any issues? System is really solid!
I would download the Mountain Lion Update v10.8.5 (Combo) from here

This is my hack:

Mother Gigabyte Z77-DS3H
Intel i7 2600 3.4 1155
16gb Ram
MSI Gt640
PCI Firewire with Texas Instrument chipset (for my M audio Profire610)

Download the combo update and install it. Run MultiBeast or toleda script to fix audio as the update replaces the AppleHDA.kext with a new version. Should be no problems.
