Help needed - No hard drive detected in mojave installer disk utility.

Hey guys can anyone help me out, i have no hdd/ssd showing in the disk utility when trying to install mojave on my laptop or desktop. Any ideas?

16gb ddr3 ram
4gb gddr5 GeForce 960m
15” 1080p led
256gb m2 ssd
