What version is your BIOS?
There is a P8Z68 v Pro dsdt on the database, however, it does not have HD6850 HDMI audio dsdt edits.
Suggest, remove Extra/dsdt.aml, download MaciASL and extract the native dsdt. Attach the native dsdt.

Hi Toleda, i have extract my dsdt follow this guide http://www.tonymacx86.com/dsdt/107723-how-create-your-own-dsdt-using-maciasl.html. I have modified my dsdt with maciasl (generic sandy bridge because my model of motherboard there was not ) and i have applied your patch. Now audio works Thank you so much
