Hello everybody,

Following a tonymac's guide, I've tried to add SATA patch code to my DSDT so that Snow Leopard will recognize my sata devices as built-in. But After adding the code, I have these errors & I don't know how to fix it. I've attach my dsdt.dsl file, please help me with it!! Thanks a lot!

By the way, Snow Leopard recognizes my DVD R/W drive as a SATA device but it doesn't show up in the "Disk Burning" section & I cannot use it. I've attached some images, please help me with it also! Thank you!

Ok, what's your setup to start with, you provide no information whatsoever as to what your hardware is which makes it impossible to even start to try and help.
Wow so fast :D Thank you, but I'm quite noob at this and I don't know what information is needed :?
Well, I installed Snow Leopard 10.6.2 on my Alienware M15x (Core i7), I cannot get my DVD R/W drive working even though it is recognized in the Serial-ATA Section. So I've tried to apply the DSDT SATA fix provied by tonymac but then I got those problems :? I don't know what to do next...

Sorry, notebooks is something that is a 50/50 chance of getting working.
I don't think you'll be able to get much help here, try somewhere like insanelymac instead.
