Hard Drive has started Clicking on startup

Firstly, I'd like to thank tonymac and Lnx2Mac for all their hard work, and for sharing their knowledge free of charge. cheers.

I've just completed my first pc build with snow lepoard and although it's taken me the best part of 2 weeks of frustrating evenings to get it running. I was feeling a bit smug until my new Samsung F3 1TB developed a clicking sound on startup. I'd like know is there away I can ghost or duplicate this hard drive as I intend to return it to ebuyer.
