So I have an XPS 13 7390 and the wifi works perfectly at home and connects instantly. (I am using heliport to connect). But when I am in school, the computer takes forever to connect to the school wifi. I know this isn't the wifis problem as my phone and windows pc connect instantly connect to it without any problems. The Hackintosh keeps on trying to connect to the network but it keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting. Any reason why this might be occurring on this certain wifi?

As this sounds like a network authentication issue, you probably need to have a chat with your school’s IT Team/ Administrator. To see if they have a firewall rule in place to block certain devices or traffic.

Solved! Had to renew DHCP release every time I joined the network. it's weird and annoying but it gets the job done. Maybe a new Airporttltm update will fix this.
