gray screen

Hello,

I made Mac OS X Lion bootable USB Drive, but after the boot screen is gray with apple logo. I think I have a compatible component, but can you please confirm?

Dual-core CPU E5200 2.50GHz
MSI GeForce 9500GT 512MB
Motherboard: MSI MS-7528 Chipset P35/G33/G31
RAM: 2GB DDR2

Why he doesnt wont to run the installation?
