got kernel panic and here is the photo, any one can help?

I got kernel panic unexpectedly...
any one can help? I took a picture of it..

here is what i have
Intel i7 2600 sandy bridge 3.4G (currently set multiplier to 32)
Memory 8G 1333
Gigabyte P67A-UD3R-B3 F2
Nvidia GTX460

update to 10.6.7 from 10.6.3
MultiBeast 3.4 with DSDT install (DSDT file not sure if it's perfectly match..)
tony's Nvidia update
using Bridge Helper 2 and AnVal's bootloader
kexts in Extra(not sure if they are all needed):
ALC8xxHDA.kext
Disabler.kext
ElliottForceLegacyRTC.kext
EvOreboot.kext
FakeSMC.kext
JMicron36xATA.kext
JMicron36xSATA.kext
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext
PXHCD.kext

it panic about every 1~2 hrs
still cant find any clue by myself
can any one read this photo? help me find out what's the problem

i think its ur gtx 460, try changing it with something else....see if have the panic..just try changing the smbios.plist also..

so is there any way to fix it without replacing the card?
like changing the kext or something......


or ...is the card defect...causing the problem?
