gIOScreenLockState 3 error on High Sierra

What version and build number of High Sierra did you install? The latest would be version 10.13.6, Build 17G14042. And the only nVidia graphics driver that will work with an nVidia GTX 1060 with that build number is: 387.10.10.10.40.140. In your OpenCore EFI folder config.plist you should have the boot-arg nv_drv_vrl=1 to run your graphics card.
