Hey, I was just piecing together a mITX build to go into a prodigy and it seems most builds recommend water cooling. After looking at some of the CPU water cooling options available, they all seem to have reliability issues and so I was wondering if there are any air cooling options that would allow for a slight overclock (4.1GHz) on a 3570k.

Not sure what reliability issues you mean, but yes, you can use an air cooler instead. Just make sure it doesn't extend more than 50 mm från the center of the CPU towards the PCI-e-slot if you are using a graphics card. In short, much any tower cooler with a 92 mm fan will likely be a good candidate. Alpenföhn Civetta, Arctic Freezer 7 and 13, Noctua NH-U9B, Scythe Katana, just to name a few.
