G4 Apple logo removal

i might be incorrect but I believe I've seen people pop the apple logo off the casing on quicksilvers. I'm attempting to paint the case but ,It seems to be on there pretty well and I didn't want to scratch it all up trying to rip it out.

I also would love to know how to remove this without destroying it


UPDATE:
Ok so from the back there are 2 holes and I was able to stick a punch thru the hole that was the same size and push it up enough to get a plastic Uspudger under the edge. then it was easy to get off. it is just 2 sided foam tape under it holding it on.
