Silent Mini ITX which can fit a full size PSU and a 12.3" video card? This will be my next build me thinks.

From my point of view:

-Expensive
-No optical drive bay (2.5" would be enough with a door like front panel, keep the clearance)

But the built-in two fans plus points and the reasonable price correlate to a Sugo SG05.
