(fixed) GTX 670 Blackscreen at Boot

Hey guys,
another Blackscreen at boot problem, I know.
So I'm using two (different) reference GTX 670 in SLI (i know there is none in Mac Os). Until now everything worked fine, but suddenly I get a blackscreen after the apple boot logo. I can boot with nv_disable=1.
I updated nvidia drivers and also had to install a minor OS update (after that I of course again updated nvidia drivers). Now im on 364.03.15f4. Still getting a blackscreen...

Ah btw I use 3 monitors: One 1080p display (HDMI) and two 1050x1680 monitors (DVI)

Any help for a fix is very much appreciated

Which SMBIOS are you using? Also please add all system details to your profile.

Added them. My Chipset should be Z77 and I already tried 3.1, 6.1 and 14.2 SMBIOSes.

Strange. Can you check if your 2nd GTX 670 stays black, too? Did you try using Apple's stock drivers?

I reinstalled OS X and recovered from Time Machine, now even on the newest version of OS X and the nVidia driver everything is working fine now!
