First Hackintosh stuck at installer logo

Hello all.
First hack for me and first headache.
I have built a new system specifically for Mac but I am having issues installing High Sierra.

I followed the guide for the USB installer and everything is done.
When I boot from the USB, I'm getting stuck on apple logo after choosing the installer.
Tried everything, googled, but seems that nothing work.
In verbose mode it stuck at "mach reboot, mach reboot, mach reboot".

Vt-d is disabled and my MoBo doesn't seems to have safe boot or serial ports options.

can someone help me?

yes, I've done.
I think is due to the serial port enabled, but in my bios setup I cannot find the option.
Can it cause the problem?
