First build. Wanted to get some eyes on it before I order

These are the parts I'm looking at. Do you see any red flags that I've missed?
Doing some Google-ing, it seems this motherboard works with Ivy Bridge, but the BIOS needs updated. Would there be a way for me to update the BIOS without building the machine (or for that matter, not having Windows, all the files on Gigabyte's website are .exe files)? Do newer productions ship with the update?

Thanks for the reply! Hadn't seen the white case. It does look nice, but black seems to be on sale right now.
 
I would stick with the reference design 6870 card. Default pinout (2DVI 1 HDMI 2 MiniDP)

You can also purchase the CPU cheaper @ MicroCenter.com if you live close to one.
