First build for realtime DSP

First time builder!
I'm gonna build a machine mainly for music production which consumes a lot of CPU.
I need it to be fast and quiet.

I have a rough idea about the important parts I want: 1 TB SSD, i7, 32gb RAM.
I'm not sure about cooling and power supply, I just took it out of people builds.

CPU	Intel Core i7 9700K / 1151 Tray

Motherboards	Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Elite
RAM Memory	Corsair DDR 4 32G (16Gx2) 3000 CL16 Vengeance LPX Black CMK32GX4M2D3000C16

Solid State Drives (SSD)	Samsung SSD 1.0TB 970 EVO NVMe M.2

few questions:
Do I have to buy a graphic card? I'm not gonna run games
looking for wifi/bluetooth card, any recommendations?
also, need recommendation for case

You could certainly use UHD630 graphics if those are good enough for your monitors. You would be advised to use the Mac mini 8,1 SMBIOS if you go that route. Find all the details you need in the CaseySJ golden build.
