I was unsure how to name this thread, but that's it.

My goal is to remove certain parts of the operating system that caused me some kernel panic. :(
To be more precise, I would remove the USB 3.0 driver I installed last time I run MultiBeast.

How can do it??
I searched with Find File but nothing went out.

Please help
Michael

you need clean osx with out reinstall ,run combo 10.6.7 then multi beast and chimera Standalone Installer ,run reboot :D

Go in your Extra/Extensions folder
and search for PXHCD.kext
delete it and run again
Multibeast check only System Utilities and press
Continue.

else
you can choose 2 application that do same job
(Kext Utility) or (Kext Wizard)
to repair kexts permissions and build .mkext
you run the utilities after you delete the kexts you want to remove ( PXHCD.kext )
if don't want to run multibeast.

Thanks hackman and sanguinarypc for your precious sugggestions.

Bitter twist of fate, I had no more KP since last morning... :silent:

Regards
Michael
