Not sure if this has been discussed. Using tonymac's nvidia update, I'm able to change resolution and QE/CI is enabled.

HOWEVER

When the monitor goes to sleep and is woken back up from user input, the display output can only be described as 'pixelated snow'. Input still works, as I can hear the default mac 'error' sound.

Also, putting the system to sleep reboots the computer.

Am I missing something? Do I need the sleep enabler for the card to work?

Turns out I had the wrong .aml file for my board - I have a rev 2.0. Your guide showed me how to check. I also reinstalled everything from scratch following your instructions. Display sleep and system sleep are now fully functional. The system is doing quite well.

I will let it run for a few hours, idle, to see if I get that weird kernel panic seen in the past (or did the new nvidia update fix that?).

I don't know what you've installed before...perhaps a wrong kext in conjunction with the wrong DSDT cause your KP
