Duel Boot Windows 10/macOS Sierra 10.12.6 Custom DSDT and SSDT for MB

My build:

ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero
i7-7700K
32gb RAM
GTX 1080 Ti SC2

Running macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and Windows 10 1709

As far as I know, everything is working correctly besides my usb ports. This is my first build, and as I understand, I need to build my own DSDT and SSDT to get all of my ports working correctly? Is there a way to import the DSDT and SSDT from Windows 10 into clover configurator instead of manually building one using the template?

At the Clover bootloader screen press the F4 key and it will save the DSDT for you. That is the preferred way.
Find it in: /EFI/Clover/ACPI/origin you'll need to mount the EFI partition first to access these folders.
