Difficulty with shutdown on new build

Dear Colleagues,

This is my first hackintosh journey so I would be grateful for help.

I have Mojave installed and everything seems to be working apart from when I shut down. When I shut down, the computer restarts.

I would be grateful for any guidance. I have installed the shutdown fix from clover but the problem still happens. Sleep and wake is ok.
