Dell Inspiron 14 3421 Fn Key not working

I just installed Sierra with the latest clover UEFI. My fn key was working fine on Yosemite 10.10.5. but now on Sierra 10.12 latest build my fn key doesn't work at all. but f1-f12 working fine. Im using the latest VoodooPS2Controller from rehab man.
here is my laptop Spec:
Dell Inspiron 14 3421
HM76 chipset - 7 series
Intel core i3 2365M
IHD 3000 & Nvidia GT 625M (disabled)
Wifi AR9285

Alright then, thanks anyway . One question, for my brightness slider, whenever i turn down the brightness slider all the way down, it turns off the lcd to black screen. i am using your IHD3000/IHD4000 brightness fix patch on my DSDT with ACPIBacklight.kext . is there any solution for that ?

It is the correct behavior.
