dead m/b an now??? please buying advice

Hello! after some time of work my z390 msi a pro had died. pci is working bad, nvme sometimes works the most of the times not..now I can't install the os ...but old windows installation in a ssd sata drive works....strange but it is. I have a nvme on pci 16x and I tryed the installation in another computer and works flawlessly.... so....time to think what to do...

I have 4x8gb dd4 3ghz, 9900k, radeon vega 64...what can I salvage? I had a z390 chipset, what other chipset is working?
I am very far from the market since I bought this pc.....and a lot had changed!!!

Vega GPU: with any build.
DDR4 RAM: with any compatible motherboard (series 300, 400, 500, and DDR4 variants of 600 and 700 chipsets)
i9-9900K CPU: 300-series motherboard only ("new old stock" or second hand)
