Experimenting with my working config.list on the computer at left, I found that all line items that are Boolean with Value = NO could be deleted with no effect on booting. Can't recommend doing that until everything is working, of course, but it did reduce the storage footprint of my EFI folder from 7.95 MB to 7.91 MB with no other effect.
Has anyone else tried this? Any comments? I plan to try the same thing on my other 3 Hacks.

Just FYI, and for no particular reason:

Completed editing config.plist on each of my Hackintosh's EFI folders listed below, and all boot fine. With all Boolean Values "NO" deleted, storage sizes are as shown below.

Mini-ITX 1 (Haswell): EFI folder size = 7,796,467 bytes
Mini-ITX 2 (Skylake): EFI folder size = 7,799,937 bytes
Mini-ITX 3 (Coffeelake): EFI folder size = 7,790,896 bytes
Mini-ITX 4 (Coffeelake "refresh"): EFI folder size = 7,797,340 bytes

All are OpenCanopy GUI folders, with all OC/Resources/Audio files deleted. OC/Resources/Image folder contains only "Acidanthera" folder.
Example EFI folder from Mini-ITX 4 (computer at left) with generic data deleted is attached.
