i have a Nexoc G513 Notebook with Nvidia Geforce GTX780m, Intel Core I7 4700mq and the Intel ultimate n 6300 Wireless Adapter. My Question is, is my laptop hackintosh ready ?

Hopefully you read the section at the end about Haswell...

I'm not sure what you mean by "edit the kext file?" Sometimes with nvidia you must remove the nvidia kexts from /System/Library/Extensions (GeForce*, NVDA*).

My Laptop is also called Clevo P150sm. Maybe this additional information helps.
