Clover's config location?

I recently installed Clover on my OS X HD. However, I can't find the config.plist location on it.

Can you tell me where is it located?

If you installed Legacy, it is in the /Clover folder.
If you installed it UEFI you would know where it is - in the EFI partition.

How would I navigate to it in OS X? I want to replace my current config.plist with another one, but can't find it using Finder.

Look in the same place as the system folders - the root of the installation.

I know this thread is a bit old, but my EFI partition was not mounted by default and I wasn't able to see if in finder no matter what I did. If you are having trouble finding the EFI drive, simply follow this guide: http://themacadmin.com/mounting-the-efi-boot-partition-on-mac-os-x/
