Using Sierra the resolution of my Apple Thunderbolt Display was properly automatically recognised up to and including Clover v2.4k r4318 EFI boot loader. This resulted in Showing “Thunderbolt Display” in the Graphics/Displays System report.
After installing High Sierra using Clover v2.4k r4369 EFI boot loader my display is not recognised anymore. It is not recognised in High Sierra, but also not in Sierra. So it seems there is a backwards compatibility problem in Clover.
I searched the forum for solutions but cannot find similar issues.
I tried setting the Clover GUI resolution to 2560x1440 but that does nothing.
Also using OS Windows 8 / WHQL does not work and additional disabling CSM is even worse: that way my display does not awake anymore.
Hope somebody can help me out.
