I have just setup my first hackintosh. I am having issues with clover intermittently booting windows. I will turn on UEFI boot only int the bios and OSX boots fine but i windows bombs and says reset and select proper boot device. I turn it back to UEFI and legacy boot and it will boot both osx and windows however when i shut down and try to boot windows I get reset and select proper boot device. I have osx and windows setup on 2 different SSD's. Any help would be much appreciated.

The main pproblem is that you are using EFI boot for Clover to boot OS X and your Windows is installed Legacy Mode from the looks of the diskutil list output.

Under Boot settings in config.plist look for

legacy key and change PBR to LegacyBiosDefault

no guarantee, but it might work. If not, your choice is reinstall Windows UEFI or use Clover in Legacy BIOS mode rather than UEFI. Changing Clover is easiest.
