Re: Adding Additional ATI card IDs to Chimera 1.7.0

Hey there - could you please add the AMD FirePro M5950? It's a rebadge of the Radeon HD 6770M. You'd be making a lot of students happy!

Device ID: 1002:6740
Subsystem ID: 1631103C

By the way - if anyone wants to read these numbers in Windows 7, open "Device Manager" using the search box your Start Menu. Find your graphics chip under "Display Adapters" and right-click on it to select "Properties". Under the "Details" tab select the option "Hardware Ids" in the select box. From the codes shown you can derive the values that your graphics card needs. Mine said PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6740&SUBSYS_1631103C.

Many thanks in advance!

Re: Adding Additional ATI card IDs to Chimera 1.7.0

Re: Adding Additional ATI card IDs to Chimera 1.7.0

Finaly I installed latest chimera 1.7.0 properly
My bdmesh output is:
AMD Radeon HD 6700M Series 4095MB [1002:6740] (subsys [103c:3388]) (Turks) :: PciRoot(0x1)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0)

Whats is the new step? Is fully support? In system profile i think isn't support.

I have ioreg from iMac 12.2 (have same card 6770m) and use elodea framebufer, but i try with this and not work.

I try whith rootpci=1 and rootpci=0 and not work

Can help me? please
