I have 3 physical hard drives and usb hard drive, and every time usb is connected i get boot errors and says system has halted. Yes, my boot priority is OSX with chimera and then the rest, but not result. Sorry for my bad english!! Thanks!! in advanced.

happens to a lot of people, and afaik, there is no fix for this

in your bios, try removing the usb hard drive from the boot priority all together.
if that doesnt do it, i dont think there is anything you can do about it

What kind of errors are you getting exactly and are those errors occurring only with booting OS X or also with loading other OS'es?

In case of errors occur when loading OS X you might want to try to boot with:
UHCIreset=Yes , USBBusFix=Yes and/or EHCIacquire=Yes

These are the boot arguments I use when USB hardware locks up my system during boot, and so far they helped me out pretty well.

Go in your BIOS and check if you have this option enable:
USB Storage Function
Determines whether to detect USB storage devices, including USB flash drives and USB hard drives during the POST. (Default: Enabled)

If it's enable just disable it..
It work for me...
