it crashes and reboots into bios, cause no bootmedia can be found anymore - until powering off/on manually

I have no idea how to deal with that problem, is there someone who can support me please

many thanks in advance !

I´ve had the same problem today, tried several times and always in the last minute of installation it was crashing. So my way was to drop all USB-device-installation and i tried from my stable running High Sierra SSD directly to install on a new SSD (which was bought even for the USB variant). So it was crashing about 3 times, but at the end I got a full installation on that drive. Only problem is the booting at the moment but I think I`ll get that solved - something wrong with EFI I guess. I remember that installation wasn´t easy 2 years ago with High sierra but with 3rd try I got it, so probably it´s often not the first way to get the OS running.
