So, I installed successfully Catalina after this huge thread: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/issues-with-lenovo-thinkcentre-m920z.292615/unread

I booted on Catalina successfully, created account, Okay, everything seems OK!

After some minutes I noticed the Computer froze, and then I restarted it.

Well, after the restart it loads a lot of stuff and then, KP.

Any idea of what that could be?

How I grab the KP log?

Things goes so fast that I cannot take screenshot in time. Attaching my EFI folder.

Well the Kernel Panic disappeared when I enabled "Debug" on Clover.

But now stuck on [PCI configuration end, bridges 2, devices 16]

PS: I switched from VirtualSMC to FakeSMC and enabled SMCHelper.efi

Now stuck on AppleNVMe....

The Installer passes all the part, but now when it ends, Black Screen.

So I was able to proceed, and see what's the last message before the screen goes black...

IOCOnsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3

That's a graphics error. I means you didn't configure graphics correctly in your EFI folder.

Now you can boot, look at this thread and install gen_debug when looking for help
For your UHD630 graphics check out this thread and use a DP port preferably
Congrats on the install :D

Disregard, your PC is all in one, so not using ports
Try inject intel in your config.plist.

Yes, that's one of the problems, the Display is integrated. I followed https://github.com/acidanthera/What...l-uhd-graphics-610-655-coffee-lake-processors

And I believe I set the correct settings I did the following:

  • Remove all conflicting Kext's
    • Like AppleBacklightFixup.kext
  • Disabled ACPI Patches
    • MEI to IMEI
    • HECI to IMEI
    • GFX0 to IGPU
  • Disabled AddImei DSDT Fix
  • FakeId, ig-platform-id are empty
  • Unchecked Inject Intel
  • Removed -disablegfxfirmware argument
  • Then I added:
    • AAPL,ig-platform-id
      • 0x3E9B0007 (I believe the numeric version should be 7000B9E3, right?)
    • device-id
      • 923E0000
  • Using Lilu and WhateverGreen on C/K/O
  • Using AddPNLF and SetIntelBacklight and SetIntelMaxBacklight
Did I missed something?
