Catalina 10.15 beta 8 - Unable to drag and/or drop

I have MacBook Pro 13 and after update to Catalina Beta 8 drag and drop in Finder is not working anymore.

Just wanted to note that the problem is not connected with whether it's hackintosh or not.

• DID you try Catalina Beta 7 Public release that might have fixes after DB reported problems?
• As stated earlier, I am using Beta 7 Public Release and I don't find any issues in drag and drop.
  • Deleting Mouse associated plist file(s) from the user Library Preferences folder may be tried if due to plist corruption.
