Can't get Clover to boot from the Hard Drive

I have Mac OSX sierra installed and running perfectly except for wifi but for some reason I can't seem to get it to boot clover from my hard drive, it works fine from the flash drive booter. I have it all running on a MSI GT70 2PC Dominator laptop. Ive tried copying the files on the flash drive efi folder to the hard drive one and that still doesn't work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Download the Clover installer. Install Clover. Then copy the EFI folder from the flash drive to the EFI partition, replacing the one installed by Clover installer.
