use a usb2.0 stick, try all usb 2 ports

also boot verbose which may give an indication of the issue

yes, usb issue

try all usb2.0 ports and make sure to use a usb2.0 stick

For what it's worth, the last line on your screen shot says "Still waiting on root device" which is the magic line that means it got to the point where it tried to read your thumb drive and couldn't find it -- typically because the USB3 ports aren't configured. It's possible to create a boot drive that sees the USB3 ports, but much easier to just use a USB2 drive.

Well I got it all installed but I can't get the Ethernet working. I used multibeast as instructed

Different motherboards use different Ethernet chipsets. You haven't identified the motherboard in your profile. It just says N/A.
