Can't adjust brightness on my laptop

My laptop has Haswell CPU. And I tried to patch DSDT/SSDT to adjust brightness but I only see the slider on Display PrefPane but when I adjust, nothing changed. I tried Brightness Fix or Brightness fix (Haswell) with ACPIBacklight.kext but still not working.

I've try this but no luck. The brightness always set to max. I can see the slider but when I adjust, nothing change.

Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

maybe you should remove any DSDT/SSDT patches before trying that?
